Regional Office Secretary

รายละเอียด

• - Provide overall secretarial/admin. support to Director and Team to meet the commitments of Regional & partners both in-country and abroad Offices, - Providing typing, filing, domestic & foreigner travel and hotel arrangements, - Provide and ensure efficient & effectively administrative office operations, - Support services operations and coordination all appointments and meetings to ensure no schedule conflicts, - Maintain complete database of contacts both in Thailand and internationally, Arrangement of visiting partners for travel & hotel reservations, Be the lead for maintenance and requisition of specific office supplies and equipment, - Key contact for all logisitcs related for smooth implementation of conferences or meetings

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in any field
• Good command of English
• At least 1 year experience in secretary / admin. for internation company or organization
• Work under contract service starting from mid of November 2007 to mid of February 2008 only
• 5 working days/week, from 8:00-17:00 hrs.,
